Delivery & Returns

Invoices are not included in our deliveries
Because we are a gift store we do not include a printed invoice with our deliveries. It is also our standard practice to remove price stickers before packaging. Your recipient will not see the price of the items unless you specifically request it. Invoices and other correspondence are sent via email to the purchaser.

Delivery Times
Deliveries are made via courier and generally completed within 3-4 business days to New Zealand destinations, for orders received on weekdays (Mon-Fri) before 9am (subject to availability of stock and other considerations).  Rural and remote deliveries can take up to 4 days longer.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges cover packaging and delivery. Delivery cost is shown on checkout under Shipping Method. 

Note: Gift cards will not cover shipping costs.

Free Shipping
When the 'Free Shipping' option is offered you may still see the paid shipping option below it. There is no difference in speed or service for the free or paid shipping options.

Product Returns - Faulty/Damaged:
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product please notify us at websales@acquisitions.co.nz

Once you have notified us that you wish to return this product, you may return it to any of our stores throughout New Zealand, so long as you provide a valid proof of purchase eg. tax invoice, receipt and/or packaging slip.

If, at the time of return, we are unable to replace or exchange the returned damaged/faulty goods, we undertake to reimburse you for the initially debited amount made for the purchase - including packaging and postal charges.

Product Returns - Undamaged:
We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us - so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase - within fourteen (14) days of purchase. However, we will not provide any refund of such purchase.  If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk. If you wish to return an undamaged item for exchange please notify us at websales@acquisitions.co.nz
