Delivery & Returns
We Don't Include an Invoice in our Deliveries
Because we are a gift store we do not include a printed invoice with our deliveries and it is our standard practice to remove price stickers before packaging. Your recipient will not see the price of the items unless you specifically request it. Invoices and other correspondence are sent via email to the purchaser.
Order Delivery Times
Delivery is generally within 2-3 business days to New Zealand destinations for orders received before 9am Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other considerations. Rural and remote deliveries can take up to 4 days longer.
Delivery charges are based on a product weight and per ticket price. Delivery charges cover packaging and delivery. Delivery cost is shown on checkout under Shipping Method.
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods (if damaged or faulty), we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return faulty, damaged or undamaged product, you may return the product to any of our stores throughout New Zealand so long as you provide valid proof of purchase eg. tax invoice, receipt and/or packaging slip.
